I. What we are

We are the campaignto ratify the next amendmentto the Constitution of the United States.

The American Shareholder Amendment makes every citizen an equal shareholder in the productive capacity of the United States. One citizen, one share. Inalienable. A constitutional restructuring of who owns what in this country, ratified under Article V and permanent.

The American experiment has been amended before. Every time the structure was captured by the people it was supposed to constrain, Americans changed the structure. Abolition. Suffrage. Reconstruction. Every one was called radical by the people who profited from the arrangement it replaced. Every one was necessary because the existing arrangement had become intolerable and the people who ran it were never going to reform it themselves.

The country that built the New Deal, the GI Bill, the interstate system, and put human beings on the moon did not lack resources. The country that converted housing into a speculative asset class, healthcare into an extraction business, education into a debt trap, and retirement into a lottery does not lack resources either. It lacks the structure that directs resources to the people who built them.

The amendment is that structure.

II.

What we're facing

The same institutions that financed forty years of extraction are financing the AI buildout that will make the current ownership structure permanent.

That is not a prediction. It is underway. The four largest hyperscalers committed over three hundred billion dollars in capital expenditure last year alone, financed by the same asset managers that already own a controlling slice of every public company you've heard of. The model is straightforward: own the compute, own the labor that compute replaces, own the rent the rest of us pay to access either. The window in which democratic action can still restructure ownership is closing. Every month the concentration deepens. The lock gets harder to pick.

This is not a someday problem. The structure changes before AI locks it in, or it does not change. We do not intend to find out what happens if it does not change.

III.

How we operate

We use every tool they use.

Brand. Products. Merch. Content. Funnels. Persuasion architecture. The entire playbook every platform, every feed, every campaign, and every Fortune 100 marketing department already runs on your attention every day of your life.

Their architecture is designed to prevent scrutiny. Ours is designed to survive it.

Communication at scale is not a polite exchange of position papers. It is an environment, and the environment shapes what people believe before the argument starts. The extraction class has been engineering that environment for forty years. We intend to engineer it back.

The difference is what happens when you look closely. Every claim is sourced. Every receipt is linked. The amendment text is published. The economics are cited. The math is checkable. We use every tool of modern persuasion to deliver you to the evidence, and the evidence does the work.

They can't do that. Their model collapses the moment you look. That's why they spend billions making sure you never do.

We want you to look.

See the receipts. /ledger

IV.

What we're building

Everything here — the book, the content, the products, the merch, the brand, the whole operation — exists to fund one thing: ratification.

Not awareness. Ratification. A constitutional amendment, ratified under Article V, by conventions in the several states, that restructures who owns what in this country and makes it permanent.

That takes money. The kind you raise by building things people want to buy, not by just passing a hat. So we are building a brand and a business around the most radical structural proposal in American history since abolition, because that is how you fund something the donor class will never fund.

The money funds the plan. The plan is on the site. The plan is specific. It is the most detailed structural reform proposal in modern American politics, and it is public because it belongs to you.

We are not asking for your sympathy. We are asking for three things.

  1. Buy the book
  2. Sign the pledge
  3. Fund the campaign

The pledge and the campaign fund open shortly. For now, every form of support feeds the book.

In exchange you get your share. And you get the country it was supposed to be in the first place.
